According to the NY Daily News, "A brazen rapist who attacked a baby-sitter in Harlem and stole a pimp's car after assaulting a prostitute was nailed Friday by DNA evidence, police sources said.Kevin Rios, 21, of Manhattan, was busted in the Jan. 30 attack in Spanish Harlem. He allegedly followed a 34-year-old Jersey City woman into the building where she worked as a sitter and raped her in an elevator at knifepoint.Rios' DNA, which was on file from an unspecified previous conviction, matched that of the assailant, sources said. One source called Rios "very unrepentant, dangerous." "This guy has the potential to do much damage without a shred of guilt," the source said."

James Barbour who once played the Beast in "Beauty and the Beast" on Broadway was sent to jail today for two months after previously having admitted to having sex with a 15 year old fan. NY Post reporter Laura Italiano reports on his day in court. He's seen entering court with his wife Dana. He left in hand cuffs with correction officers.

Frederick E. Guest II

Frederick E. Guest II leaves 100 Centre Street. He pleaded guilty to tax evasion and paid 1.42 million in back taxes. He paid a $20,000 fine. Newsday reports on his case.

Joseph Petcka

Joseph Petcka leaves criminal court after one of many appearances. Mr. Petcka has been charged with aggravated cruelty to animals. Petcka is a former Mets minor leaguer, before taking up acting and getting a bit part on "Sex and the City". Tenzing Bhutia

Tenzing Bhutia covers up as he leaves criminal court today after a
hearing. Bhutia has been charged with vehicular manslaughter in the
second degree in the death of Julia Thomson. The NY Post reports,
"gorgeous Julia Thomson, 24, suffered massive head injuries and
died almost instantly after Tenzing Bhutia, driving his father's
Mercedes, crashed into her as she crossed the Bowery at East Fourth
Street, authorities said."

Fatima Monahan

Fatima Monahan leaves court after a hearing. Monahan has been
