Francis X. Morrissey Jr., 65, surrendered to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office this morning to face numerous charges, including forgery, scheme to defraud and conspiracy. He is paraded before the press on Centre Street on the way to his arraignment. Reporters Stefanie Cohen and Dareh Gregorian unfold it all in their NY Post, "Heat On Astor Lawyer" story.

Jessica Joyner

Jessica Joyner leaves court after being charged with grand larceny, attempted grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. The Post reports Joyner was arrested with friend and accomplice Jennifer Jones.

Anthony Dryden Marshall

Hair raising day for Anthony Dryden Marshall as he is escorted by detectives into Criminal Court to face charges of fraud, forgery and grand larceny relating to the handling of Brooke Astor's will and financial affairs. Mr Marshall is the only son of Brooke Astor, who died last August at 105. Astor was an philanthropist and socialite, who's estate was estimated to be worth close to 200 million dollars when she died. As you can see it was a fairly windy day. I had shot a lot of photos and frankly had enough, but then I got a second wind as his hair raised slowly almost as if it were doing a pirouette. David Ajemian

David Ajemian, a Boston priest leaves court after his arraignment. The NY Post details the story. Prosecutors said he was arrested for sending threatening notes to talk show host Conan O'Brien. "I want a public confession before I ever consider giving you absolution-or a spot on your couch," wrote Aljemian, who signed the notes "Padre" said a spokesman for the Manhattan District Attorney.

Remy Smith

Rapper Remy Smith aka Remy Ma leaves court after a control date. The Grammy nominated rapper awaits trial. The NY Post reports, "Hip-hop hellion Remy Ma - already facing up to 25 years on charges she shot her girlfriend in the stomach in a money dispute - was slammed yesterday with witness-tampering and gang-assault charges."

Bryan Williams

Rapper Bryan Williams aka Baby enters Manhattan criminal court. Numerous rappers such as Busta Rhymes, Ja Rule, Lil Wayne and Remy Ma all appeared for court dates. NY Post's Laura Italiano fills us in on the traffic jam outside court.

Jeffrey Atkins

Rapper Jeff Atkins aka Ja Rule, enters Manhattan Criminal Court for his court appearance. Laura Italiano of the NY Post reports, "Four rappers with the same taste in Cadillacs - along with the same court date and 9:30 a.m. appearance time - rolled up to the granite, Centre Street building, arriving more or less on time. Each was trailed by one or more lawyers, bodyguards, glowering additional posse members, jostling news photographers, doting, cellphone-photo-snapping fans and supporters, including rapper Birdman. Co-defendants Ja Rule and Lil Wayne got updates on their gun possession case."

Noel Luria

Noel Luria leaves court after being sentenced to probation. An insurance broker who said he was playing with his bow to celebrate his birthday previously pleaded guilty to charges related to shooting an arrow through a Manhattan neighbor's glass terrace door. Michael Izzo

New York Fireman Michael Izzo (L) runs and covers up as he leaves The Tombs, the New York County jail. He was arraigned the day before at 100 Centre Street which is next door, on arson charges after he and fellow fireman Richard Capece torched the door of a midtown firehouse. An investigator described the bizarre blaze as a "prank gone bad."

Andre Bireleanu

"Americas Most Smartest Model" contestant Andre Birleanu leaves court on October 25, 2007. Birleanu was arrested for forcible touching and sexual abuse in the 3rd. degree. Page Six of the NY Post reports, "Birleanu was arrested Oct. 25 after two women claimed he molested them at Cipriani Downtown."

James Colliton

James Colliton retrieving his car after leaving 100 Centre Street. The NY Post reports, ""Lolita Lawyer" James Colliton is heading home from jail next week after admitting in a Manhattan courtroom yesterday to repeatedly bedding a trio of underage girls in the Midtown apartment he used on weeknights. Two of the girls -- sisters ages 13 and 15 - were being pimped by their own mother, prosecutors have charged in the shocking case."

Robert Chambers

Robert Chambers the infamous "Preppie Killer" is walked into the District Attorney's office prior to being arraigned on various drug charges. Chambers previously served 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter in the death of 18 year old Jennifer Levin. He killed her on August 26, 1986 in New York's Central Park.

Dr. James Bonczek

Child psychologist Dr. James Bonczek makes a court appearance after his arrest. He was charged with multiple counts of possession of sexual performance by a child. Read the NY Post story here.

Jayceon Terrell Taylor

Rapper Jayceon Terrell Taylor aka The Game leaves after an court appearance at 100 Centre Street. Taylor has pleaded not guilty to charges he impersonated a police officer. Page Six details Taylor's run in with the law.

Isiah Thomas

Isiah Thomas hops out of his car on the way to Federal Court in downtown Manhattan. Anucha Browne Sanders is suing Thomas and Madison Square Garden for $10,000,000.00 in a sex harassment lawsuit. The NY Post reports on some of the colorful language during testimony by Stephon Marbury, New York Knicks guard. ""Yes, I called her a bitch," Marbury said. "I said a lot of different things...I may have said f-- her. I didn't call her a black bitch." Allegations of rampant verbal abuse is central Sanders' case against Thomas, who she claims started every sentence to her with the word "bitch.""

James Barbour

According to the NY Post, "Former "Beauty and the Beast" star James Barbour faces two months in jail after confessing in graphic language yesterday to sex with a starry-eyed, 15-year-old actress wannabe - including one tawdry grope session in his Broadway dressing room a half-hour before curtain." Barbour is seen leaving court after an August 9th., 2007 control hearing.

Carl Fisher

Carl Fisher, a convicted pedophile makes a court appearance at 100 Centre Street. According to the NY Post, "Fisher's latest arrest was on May 30, when he was allegedly caught naked and masturbating on the stoop in front of his home."

Ryan Brant

Former CEO and founder of Take-Two Interactive Software, Ryan Brant pled guilty in February to charges stemming from stock options backdating. He's seen leaving Manhattan Criminal Court after being sentenced to probation and forced to pay 7.2 million dollars. NY Post business reporter Roddy Boyd reports on what brought Brant to court today for his sentencing.

Marvin Bernard

G-Unit Rapper Marvin Bernard aka Tony Yayo leaves criminal court after a control appearance. The NY Post reports "G-Unit rapper Tony Yayo is off the hook for hitting the 14-year-old son of a top producer for rival The Game. Yayo's co-defendant yesterday took full responsibility for socking the kid in March 2007 - in a scuffle that at the time authorities feared might spur a rap war."

Dr. William Swan

Dr. William Swan leaves Civil Court at 80 Centre Street during a lunch break. Ana Sola is suing Dr. Swan. NY Post reporter Dareh Gregorian reports on this sensational, he said, she said trial.

Laura Albert

Laura Albert leaving the Federal Court building after testifying in a civil case against her. Albert is being sued by Antidote International Film Inc. for fraud, The NY Post reports on this bizarre civil case, "Boo hoo hoo. It's sad Albert. Writer Laura Albert wept within seconds of taking the witness stand yesterday to describe a history of sex abuse and childhood taunts about being overweight - they called her "Fat Albert" - that sparked a "Sybil"-like personality split. It all led to a sham author alter ego "JT LeRoy," she said. Albert said her traumatic upbringing led her to escape into multiple personalities, including numerous little boys and teens, a British-born rock singer, an outreach worker and the famed transgender-author persona that has landed her in Manhattan federal court."

Trevor Smith

Rapper Trevor Smith aka Busta Rhymes enters 100 Centre Street during one of his many visits. He eventually pleaded guilty to assaulting his former driver, assaulting a fan, driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license. He'll do three years probation, 10 days of community service and pay a $1510.00 fine.

Louis Hubrecht

Louis Hubrecht leaves criminal court at 111 Centre Street during his trial for the murder of school librarian Barbara Kenna. Hubrecht told the police he shot Kenna his tenant with a .38-caliber pistol after she tried to attack him with a hammer in the hallway outside his apartment. Hubrecht unloaded 5 shots at the victim. Apparently they had been feuding for decades. Hubrecht was eventually found guilty of murder and is serving 20 years to life upstate at Sing Sing.
