indicted yesterday on charges that he scammed his 92-year-old
mother out of nearly $1 million dollars - leaving her virtually
penniless and on the brink of eviction from her Upper West Side coop.
Motz, 64, who used power-of-attorney over his ailing mother's
accounts to bilk her out of $832,453, is also being investigated to
see if he used his knowledge of and access to prescription drugs to
speed her demise, a high-level law-enforcement source said."

They will be arraigned at criminal court at 100 Centre Street on charges of forgery and attempted petty larceny. The NY Post reports, "O'Hare and Daloia were stopped late Tuesday afternoon after they wheeled the 66-year-old Cintron's clearly lifeless body in a desk chair to a check-cashing place on Ninth Avenue. The wacky stunt caught the attention of several passers-by and a police detective eating in a nearby restaurant. "He was completely lifeless and not moving and I watched them struggling with the body for a few minutes," said NYPD Detective Travis Rapp. "I saw the body and I said, 'Well, this is a dead guy.' I honestly thought it was a joke." Cintron appears to have died of natural causes sometime late Monday, officials said. He had suffered from Parkinson's disease for many years and had withered to just 95 pounds.'"

G-Unit rapper Albert Johnson aka Prodigy outside 100 Centre Street before he turns himself in for sentencing on a gun rap charge. A 22-caliber handgun was found in his bulletproof Chevy Suburban last year. Hair raising day for Anthony Dryden Marshall as he is escorted by detectives into Criminal Court to face charges of fraud, forgery and grand larceny relating to the handling of Brooke Astor's will and financial affairs. Mr Marshall is the only son of Brooke Astor, who died last August at 105. Astor was an philanthropist and socialite, who's estate was estimated to be worth close to 200 million dollars when she died. As you can see it was a fairly windy day. I had shot a lot of photos and frankly had enough, but then I got a second wind as his hair raised slowly almost as if it were doing a pirouette. Louis Hubrecht
Louis Hubrecht leaves criminal court at 111 Centre Street during his trial for the murder of school librarian Barbara Kenna. Hubrecht told the police he shot Kenna his tenant with a .38-caliber pistol after she tried to attack him with a hammer in the hallway outside his apartment. Hubrecht unloaded 5 shots at the victim. Apparently they had been feuding for decades. Hubrecht was eventually found guilty of murder and is serving 20 years to life upstate at Sing Sing.
